The baby room at our pre-school & day nursery in Putney is many children and parents first experience in nursery, ensuing we cater for the needs of each unique family we like to keep the number of children in our baby very small and personal.
Within this room the children will experience a variety of educational firsts within a nurturing loving environment. Our highly qualified and skilled staff team work closely with parents to ensure their routines and approach are maintained at all times when their child is in nursery.

Throughout the day all toddlers at our pre-school & day nursery in Putney engage in a variety of age and stage appropriate activities both in doors, outdoors and within the surrounding community.

Emma has over 10 years experience within early education in the UK and also overseas. Emma has successfully managed early education establishments throughout the UK and International schools in Hong Kong. This has provided her with a wealth of experience within the sector and ensures she delivers a high standard of care and education.

Claire Bast, Pre-School Teacher
Claire holds a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Primary Teaching and BA hons in Eduaction Studies (early childhood). Previous roles include Reception Class Teacher and Forest Kindergarten Leader. My focus has always centred on the early years foundation stage (early childhood). I am Passionate about promoting outdoor education and extending education beyond the classroom, with the hope of helping children to connect and take responsibility for their surrounding environment.
As an educator I strive to provide a creative, enabling and safe educational environment; for children to develop the confidence to explore, wonder, inquire and question. In turn promoting independence, self belief and the social skills needed to develop as a happy and creative individual. I believe early childhood is one of the most important stages; I enjoy watching children flourish and feel honoured to be able to contribute to creating a secure foundation providing the best possible start.
