We have a maximum of 12 babies at any one time and operate on a 1:3 ratio. The team are fully qualified nursery nurses who ensure the children receive the best possible start. The children also have access to a dedicated garden for the under two’s.
Every Monday afternoon our babies are visited by Carl from Monkey Music who works with the children to develop their interests in music and movement.
The toddler room at Epsom Day Nursery
Located on the ground floor of our day nursery in Epsom, our toddlers have access to three rooms. Each room has a dedicated use and we encourage the children to visit them all throughout their day, to enable each individual to develop in all areas.
With a large area for messy play we love to develop the children’s creative side and allow them to be free with their resources. Our toddlers have access to a dedicated under two’s garden that allows them to explore their outdoor environment at their own pace.

The nursery room at Epsom Day Nursery
In nursery, the children start to develop their awareness of what is happening around them along with their social skills.
With access to three rooms, the children are able to transition between the rooms at their leisure and be in a space that they feel comfortable - whether that be in the construction room or dressing up with their friends in the imagination space.
The children have daily access to a large garden where they are able to dig, ride on the bikes and play with the older children from pre-school.
Every Monday afternoon, our nursery is visited by Carl from Monkey Music who works with the children to develop their interests in music and movement.
The preschool room at Epsom Day Nursery
Set in two large adjoining rooms, with a large entrance/hallway joining the two rooms, our pre-school children are able to access all areas of their space at any time - from using the interactive smart board, to sitting down during focused teaching times with their key worker.
The children begin some phonics work to prepare them for big school - this is introduced very gradually at our day nursery in Epsom. The children also have access to two sports coaches twice a week.
Both Sara and Michael are fully qualified instructors with a strong back ground in nursery education to help develop the children’s physical ability and confidence in their own capabilities.

Testimonials about Epsom Day Nursery
My husband and I are so sad that our son will soon be leaving your care. We cannot express how grateful we are for all your kindness and care over the past few years he has spent with you. In particular the pre-school team have been amazing, they have really gone the extra mile to help him settle and make new friends during an unsettled period last year and this made such a difference to us as a family. I really hope our next little boy will be able to join you when the time comes.
Ami Palmer - July 2015
I would like to thank you all for the care and commitment you have shown towards Dimi during his time at Asquith. I know that he really enjoys being there and has learnt so much. I have been really happy with everything and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your nursery to others.
Tania Ahmad - July 2015
He has thoroughly enjoyed his time with you all and his progress and enjoyment are a credit to your whole team. Thank you for all your care and attention of him over the years.

"Thank you and all the staff for caring for my two children so well and helping them grow into themselves - a little chatterbox and superhero!"
Susannah - July 2015
Mihika will be leaving this end of July, as we will be moving to Worcestershire. We thank you for great support and making Mihika a budding starter for school. Thanks to Jessica, Emma & Laura in particular. The managerial staff has been very helpful and very courteous. Mihi will be missing everyone and especially Amelia who is her friend.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say how pleased we have been with Mia's care at her time in Babies, her last day was yesterday.
Both myself and Gav would like to thank all the staff, especially Leanne, Cassie and Melissa, they have had such a positive influence on Mia’s development especially as she was only 4 months when she started. Thank you so much for such excellent care, our only regret is that we can’t take the nursery and staff with us on our house move.
Victoria Thomas - May 2015
I'm currently in full-time work & my husband is away for 7 months (so a busy time). Both my girls settled in really well at the nursery & the staff were brilliant helping them to settle in. The last month (since my husband has been away) my oldest little girl has really suffered from separation anxiety & cries & tantrums most mornings (poor little thing). However, the staff in pre-school have been amazing, they never rush Freya (even though I know they are busy) & are so helpful in trying to settle her into the class. Once I've left she has a great day & loves it.
And we seem to be coming out the other side now, fingers crossed.
The staff in the baby room are also really good, very friendly & make me feel at ease leaving my youngest in their care for the day. In fact, everyone I've dealt with including management & admin staff have all been excellent!
All in all I can't fault the care my little girls receive, I'm very pleased with Asquith & would recommend to anyone!
Louise - December 2014
Thank you all for your amazing support and teaching. Asquith has helped me bring up a beautiful young man and he's developed fantastically since being with Epsom.
Thank you again for all your hard work. Please thank Laura, Ryan and Emma who have made the last year so easy for me and so joyful for Dylan.
Clare - June 2014
It is our son's last day at Asquith Nursery and we truly cannot thank you all enough; from the friendly faces in the office to meeting all the fantastic teachers and assistants. You have all shown such support and love to our child.
We cannot believe the Asquith Nursery chapter has now finally finished. Thank you for making the last three years so brilliant for him. As a mum, it is sometimes heartbreaking to leave your child and go back to work, but knowing that he was being so well looked after made it all seem better.
As a result of your care and the opportunities you have given him, you have played a part in shaping him into the fantastic little person he is today. Thank you once again and we will miss you all.
